The Culinary Journey

Our menu for this botanical celebration is a tribute to the vibrant, fresh flavors of spring—each course thoughtfully designed to honor the season’s bounty.

  • Garden Spritz (Aperitif):
    Begin the afternoon with a refreshing cocktail that captures the essence of a blossoming garden. A crisp blend of cucumber, basil, and lime, topped with sparkling prosecco, sets the perfect tone for an afternoon of renewal and indulgence.

  • Starter – Easter Garden Salad:
    Awaken your palate with a medley of the season’s freshest greens. A delicate mix of watercress, baby spinach, and micro-greens is accented with, citrus segments, and shaved fennel. Tossed in a light lemon-honey vinaigrette and finished with toasted pine-nuts, this salad is a celebration of the garden’s bounty.

  • Main Course – Roasted Leg of Lamb with Mint Chimichurri:
